3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However:

• Actual colors may vary depending on your device or screen settings.

• Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing, fabric characteristics or handmade work.

• Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing variations.

• Embellishment placement may vary where products involve handmade or customized work.

Such variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Ravayah reserves the right to discontinue products, modify product specifications or limit quantities without prior notice.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Ravayah may cancel the affected order and provide any eligible refund according to the applicable circumstances.

5. Pricing

Ravayah reserves the right to change product prices, discounts and promotional offers at any time.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to obvious pricing errors or circumstances requiring cancellation.

6. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.

Ravayah reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where necessary, including due to:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing or listing errors

• Payment failure

• Incomplete information

• Fraud prevention concerns

• Inability to fulfil customization requirements

• Other circumstances preventing successful order fulfilment

7. Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Measurements

• Size information

• Color selections

• Stitching requirements

• Customization details

• Delivery information

Once production or customization has commenced, changes may not be possible.

Ravayah is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

8. Payments

Orders must be paid according to the payment method and payment requirements communicated by Ravayah.

For international orders, full payment may be required before processing.

For stitched or customized orders, an advance payment may be required according to the applicable order terms.

Ravayah may delay or cancel an order where the required payment has not been successfully received.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to the cancellation terms stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

An 40% cancellation fee applies to eligible cancellations.

After the applicable cancellation period, orders may not be cancelled where processing, customization or production has commenced.

10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of many products, change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selections and personal preference generally do not qualify for a return, exchange or refund.

Products that are damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order may qualify for an appropriate resolution according to our policy.

11. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, customs, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside Ravayah's reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Ravayah website, including but not limited to:

• Logos

• Brand names

• Product photographs

• Graphics

• Designs

• Text

• Product descriptions

• Website layout

is owned by or licensed to Ravayah unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written authorization.

13. Third-Party Services

Ravayah may use third-party services including payment processors, courier companies, hosting providers, analytics services and other service providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Ravayah is not responsible for the independent acts, policies or failures of third-party service providers.
