EXCAHNGE & REFUNDS POLICY

  • Orders at Ravayah website can be cancelled within 24 hours. No cancellations will be entertained once the stipulated time has elapsed. Cancellation charges of 8% of the invoice amount will be charged. Balance amount will be credited in account from where payment had originated.   • Ravayah has no refunds or exchange policy since we only make customized products as per clients needs and requirements
  • Ravayah reserves the right to cancel any orders on account of items being out of stock, partial payments, unprocessed payments, etc.
  • Any damage to the outfits occurring due to washing or usage will not be the responsibility of Ravayah
